Welcome to Lola Love Store. By shopping at lolalovestore.com you agree to the following terms.

1. General
Lola Love Store Inc. is a Canadian corporation, incorporated federally in Canada, with its registered office in Milton, Ontario. We sell women's pajama sets and accessories, handmade in Colombia in small batches.

2. Products and prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do our best to show colours and details accurately; because each piece is handmade, slight variations between pieces may occur.

3. Payments
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout.

4. Orders and shipping
We ship within Canada only. Orders are dispatched from Milton, Ontario, in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination city and is estimated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD or more.

5. Exchanges and returns
Exchanges and returns are governed by the Refund Policy published in this store.

6. Intellectual property
The Lola Love brand, its logo and the content of this store are the property of Lola Love Store Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

7. Liability
Our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the corresponding order, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
