Easy exchanges & returns

We want you to love your Lola Love set. If the size is not right, or you changed your mind, here is how it works. It is simple.

You have 30 days
You can ask for an exchange or a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

What we accept
The set must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept sets that have been worn or washed.

How to do it, in 3 steps
1. Message us through our Contact page with your name and order number, and tell us the size you want or if you prefer a refund. We reply within 1 business day.
2. Send the set back with the shipping company you prefer. You pay for this return shipping. Just write your order number on the package so we can match it when it arrives.
3. When your package arrives, we check the set and send your new size right away, with no extra shipping cost for you. If you asked for a refund, we send the money back to your original payment method. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

If we made a mistake
If your set arrives damaged, with a defect, or it is not what you ordered, tell us. We will cover the return shipping and make it right.
